Organized local events such as block parties, community forums, and dialogues with city councillors, bringing neighbours together to share food, ideas, and concerns.
Advocated for Richmond residents by raising awareness on issues like drug policy, housing developments, public safety, and government accountability, often preparing detailed articles, analyses, and public letters.
Built political awareness and participation in the community, especially encouraging engagement among immigrant and Asian Canadian residents, through podcasts, informational materials, and election-related outreach.
Launched the Advancement Richmond Community Association (ARC), with the mission of “Leading Richmond Forward,” creating branding, digital outreach, and member networks to strengthen local voices.
Volunteered and supported local campaigns, including federal and provincial Conservative initiatives, while also preparing for a future run for Richmond City Council.
Promoted respectful dialogue and unity, often emphasizing reflection over retaliation, and compassion over division, particularly around sensitive issues like drug policy, political violence, and social challenges.
