Grace is a Certified Financial Planner who owns her company. She and her husband and two adult children have been living in Richmond since 1993. Grace immigrated with her parents from Hong Kong to Canada in 1975. She is an elected former three-term Richmond Board of Education Trustee from 2005-2014 and has served one year as the Vice Chairperson.  Grace is a Freelance News Commentator of CHMB Radio AM1320 and Fairchild Radio AM1470.  

Grace is an active volunteer in the community. Some of her involvement includes: 

• Rotary District 5040 Friendship Exchange Chair 2023-26, Past President 2017-18, Past youth Director, and Membership chair of Rotary Club of Richmond Sunset; 

• Richmond Rotaract Club Advisor 

• Past District Interact Director, Rotary district 5040

• Mount St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, Richmond Youth Concert Band, BCIT Alumni Association, Rick Hansen Wheel-in-Motion Committee, Secondary School and Elementary School PADs.
