E-Transfer Donation Instructions:

* City Council Campaign: fund@advancerichmond.ca

* School Trustee Campaign: sd38@advancerichmond.ca

Please note the following mandatory requirements:

• E-transfers are NOT set up for auto-deposit.

• Only Canadian citizens or permanent residents living in British Columbia are eligible to donate.

• Donors must include their full legal name and residential address in the e-transfer memo field.

• Any e-transfer missing donor information will be declined without exception.

Political Donation Rules (BC Local Elections)

• Only individuals who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents and live in British Columbia may donate.

• The maximum donation is $1,402.40 per year (2025) to a single candidate or elector organization.

• Organizations (corporations, unions, charities, etc.) cannot donate or reimburse individuals for donations.

• Donations of $100 or more will be published (name + amount) by Elections BC.

• Anonymous donations are only allowed up to $50, and must truly be anonymous (e.g., through a donation box).

• Donations must be made with your own funds. You cannot be reimbursed or donate on behalf of someone else.
